Before joining Argil as a Director, Graham Howard was a senior executive in the corporate world for 30 years, leading premium brands of International Companies that required value solution selling, backed up by superior service delivery and the strong long-term relationships. He brings to Argil clients significant insight from his experiences in the sugar, automotive, and heavy equipment leasing industries.

Joanne Wilson has worked at Argil Business Growth for the past 12 years and works hand in hand with Argil principals to provide clients with custom tailored, highly insightful design and analysis that informs on all internal and external Customer focused programmes.

Mike Montocchio joined Argil with a background as a Chartered Accountant but brings to clients a unique expertise and 20 years of experience in corporate training and culture change. Mike’s passion and focus for the last 3½ years with Argil has been tailoring and working with GRID International’s world-class processes and tools to establish Organisational Effectiveness & Synergy in Argil's client companies for their CEO’s

Jerry Rowles brings to Argil expertise in industrial psychology, corporate finance and management consulting, with significant insights from a long and successful career in the Banking industry. He is also the only Argil Associate with a passion for Harley Davidson…but that’s another story.

Tim Elliott spent 34 years with the Nampak Group opting for early retirement in early 2009. At the time he was Managing Director of Nampak Sacks who had engaged Argil to assist them with strategic growth and transformation processes. The impact on the business was profound and enthused with this first hand Argil experience, Tim is now delighted to be part of the Argil team as an Associate seeking to assist companies looking for meaningful strategic initiatives that deliver business growth.

Following a 20 year career in the manufacturing environment and 10 years as a management consultant implementing Theory of Constraints (TOC) and Business Coaching solutions into organizations throughout South Africa, Konrad was “forced” to join Argil by a mutual client who wanted to capitalize on the natural fit between Argil’s Customer focus and TOC’s ability to ensure operational excellence. The success of this “arrangement” was the catalyst to join forces and to make the synergy benefits available to more Customers.

Paul Blackbeard joined the company after a highly successful 30 year career with multinational organizations—much of which was with Tetra Pak - Paul offers Argil clients pragmatic insights into management, commercial and marketing challenges gained from personal experience working in Africa, Europe and America. After being a client of Argil, he has now established Argil Australia to serve clients in the Asia Pacific region.

Helen O’Sullivan has had a varied and successful national and international career as a consultant with over 25 years experience across multiple industry sectors working in Leadership Development, Top Team Alignment, Conflict Resolution, Strategic Modelling and Whole System Culture Change.  She trained initially as an Economist and Mathematician and later completed a Post Graduate Diploma of Business in Organisation & Leadership.
