Jerry Rowles brings to Argil expertise in psychology, corporate finance and management consulting, with significant insights from a long and successful career in the Banking industry. He is also the only Argil Director with a passion for Harley Davidson…but that’s another story.
Joanne Wilson has worked at Argil Business Growth for the past 10 years and works hand in hand with Argil principals to provide clients with custom tailored, highly insightful design and analysis that informs on all internal and external Customer focussed programmes.
Mike Montocchio joined Argil with a background as a Chartered Accountant but brings to clients a unique expertise in corporate training and culture change. Mike’s passion and focus for the last 2 years with Argil has been tailoring the world-class systems and tools of GRID to establish highly motivated Delivery Cultures in Argil's client companies for their CEO’s.
Paul Blackbeard joined the company after a highly successful 30 year career with multinational organizations—much of which was with Tetra Pak - Paul offers Argil clients pragmatic insights into management, commercial and marketing challenges gained from personal experience working in Africa, Europe and America. After being a client of Argil, he has now established Argil Australia to serve clients in the Asia Pacific region.
